1. Introduction

Welcome to Tempo Mom (“we”, “us”, or “our”). We operate the website at tempo.mom and all dapps hosted under that domain (collectively, the “Platform”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

By connecting your wallet or otherwise accessing the Platform you acknowledge you have read and understood this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

Independence notice: Tempo Mom is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or otherwise connected to Tempo Labs, the Tempo Foundation, or any other entity associated with the Tempo network or Tempo chain infrastructure.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 On-chain data. All transactions you submit through the Platform are recorded on the Tempo blockchain (chain ID 4217), a public ledger. Your wallet address, transaction amounts, timestamps, and smart-contract interactions are publicly visible and permanently stored on-chain. We do not control this data.

2.2 Browser-stored data. We store certain preferences locally in your browser (e.g. your selected stablecoin theme) usinglocalStorage. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly share it.

2.3 Referral parameters. If you arrive via a referral link containing a wallet address, that address is stored in your browser session and passed to on-chain contracts when you transact. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser data.

2.4 Usage analytics. We may collect aggregate, anonymised analytics (page views, feature interactions) using privacy-respecting tooling. No personally identifiable information is collected for analytics purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above to:

• Operate and improve the Platform and its dapps.
• Persist user preferences across sessions.
• Attribute referrals and compute on-chain rewards correctly.
• Investigate bugs, security incidents, or disputes.
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers — third-party infrastructure (e.g. hosting, RPC nodes) that process data only on our behalf and under confidentiality obligations.
• Legal requirements — when disclosure is required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
• On-chain interactions — by their nature publicly broadcast to the Tempo network and any blockchain explorer.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

The Platform uses browser localStorageto remember your stablecoin theme preference and session referral. We do not use tracking cookies or cross-site trackers. Standard browser settings allow you to delete or block storage at any time; note that doing so may affect Platform functionality.

6. Third-Party Services

The Platform may link to or embed third-party services (e.g. Tempo Explorer, external RPC endpoints, social platforms). Those services have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for their data practices. We encourage you to review them before interacting.

7. Security

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the Platform. However, no system is 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your wallet seed phrase and private keys safe; we have no ability to recover them and will never ask you for them.

8. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided information to us, please contact us and we will promptly address it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
